Bilbo came to us shy and scared from Puerto Rico. After a bit of time, he learned that life can be good and he likes to give hugs and kisses to his people. Bilbo still takes a little time to warm up, but he has a lot of love to give. He would make a great second dog, with a friendly dog to help build his confidence.
